Coastal Gables at Town Center
We are excited to announce, Paytas Homes has officially broken ground on our new community in Palm Coast, Coastal Gables at Town Center. Located just off of Town Center Boulevard, Coastal Gables will be a 208 lot community centrally located to all amenities in Palm Coast. Construction of the first phase of this development has begun and new home construction is expected to begin in late 2021.
Coastal Gables at Town Center is a community that we are very excited to move forward with and to continue our presence in Palm Coast. Using our experience in homebuilding, we have taken the quality and characteristics that have worked well in our previous Paytas Homes communities and combined them with today's evolving trends in Coastal Gables.
We have combined a mixture of raised entry features, front porches and courtyard garages to create a group home designs ranging from 1,600 sq. ft. – 2,700 sq. ft. of living space plus the opportunity to put your custom touch on your home with various, pre-determined plan options. Each plan was designed to utilize the space effectively and aesthetically to maintain the high standards of a Paytas Home.
